Jim and Julia Dinner Series
Saturday, September 11, 7:00 pm
Thursday, October 14, 7:00 pm
Thursday, November 11, 7:00 pm
In 1983, while she was exploring American cuisine, Julia Child named Executive Chef Jim Cohen as one of "eleven best chefs in America." For one week, Jim worked alongside Julia filming "Dinner at Julia's" in Santa Barbara, California. He never forgot her kindness and vivacious personality and most importantly, her delicious food. Beginning this summer, Jim pays tribute to Julia Child with a monthly dinner series. He has taken Julia's traditional recipes and interpreted them to fit Empire's style. At each dinner we will be giving away a copy of Julia's definitive cookbook, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" and all guests will be put in the running to win a set of CIA pots at the end of the series.
$45 dinner or $65 includes wine pairings
